Ordered tires online to get installed here. They put a different size on. I hate walmart.

They put my battery in backwards. Blew a fuse. Decided not to tell me as I’m sitting here waiting over an hour. Until I go up to the counter mad I’ve been here so long to install a battery. Then they just nonchalantly took their time. Never go here for batteries

Got a oil change.. paperwork said my car's power steering and transmission fluid is none applicable..I have a dipstick and a reservoir to check those..my paperwork said I have a oil leak but when I was checked out no body brought that up had to see myself when I got home..the person who drove my car around was wearing very dirty pants grease on my seat my car smells like my seat was rubbed on the floor inside the garage dirty feet marks on the floor when it was just cleaned.. I'd rather pay fee bucks more to not deal with this

I placed an order online for 4 new tires and scheduled a service to get them put on Sunday night. Service scheduled for Tuesday. Received a text Monday morning saying two of my items were unavailable but they were shopping for them. Never received a text or an email saying my service was cancelled and the other two tires werent coming literally at all. Not even waiting for them to get there. My amount was adjusted so that I simply was no longer paying for those two tires that were so hard to get in stock for some reason. so I leave work early Tuesday just to be told that they can’t help me, the service was cancelled without contacting me, and that they don’t have the other two tires. I asked for a refund on the other two tires they did have and for some reason the guy couldn’t get it to work and just gave me the two tires to take with me as if just anyone has the tools to do that and told me better luck somewhere else. Took myself to north canton auto center and they helped me.

The WORST! I've always had issues with their service..caps being left off and things get broke. I ordered tires to be put on and they lie about all the upcharges. Oil changes were really bad..They watered down my fluids for windshield and when asked about it, admitted it. The costs go up and service gets worse! Try complaining about tire charges, it does NO good. They don't return calls and I was calm when I called. They are owned by the people so there's no point in telling anyone..will NEVER go there again! I used to get services done on a regular here years ago when it progressively got worse!
